Our Story

Frest Products (“Frest”) was created out of a necessity versus a desire. It was never intended to become a commercial brand.

Frest was actually started by two founders who spent years in hospitality figuring out ways to make their guests experience better.

While they have always partnered with great local brands to provide necessary products to their guests in the past, they believed in order to get above and beyond they needed to create their own product one day.
That is how the brand was born. Both founders having diverse backgrounds, they utilized their international connections and market experience to develop the best possible products they needed for their hospitality brand. When they realized that guests were calling them back to learn where they can buy the brands used in their properties, they had no other option than opening the brand up to the market. 

Finally, after a lot of hard work and dedication, 2 YEARS later, they got their concept for Frest underway. Having recently gone to the market, they rapidly started getting traction with a first set of orders from 86 ORDERS on the first day of launch while growing that number 7 FOLDS over the last couple months in the market.

Principles Of Our Work

We know that a great product needs to have a strong foundation to go from. The formulation and design is a never ending process that relies directly on feedback from customers. We dedicated ourselves to make sure that loop was never closed and we will reiterate our products constantly because we know perfection doesn’t exist. But you can get closer to it day by day by discipline and proper knowledge. Some of our main principles rely on:

Design is a non stop evolving process! We never stop improving our products because our customers deserve the best. While others fear feedback and criticism, we turn into a strength.

Some products are destined to be used everywhere. When we look at our products, we want to hear success stories from every customer. That's the only true metric we consider.

3. Manufacturing Process

The production is the most crucial item. From ingredients used to methods of production, we want to make sure what we do is right. Lay the foundation right for the future. That's our moto!

We were never a company that started in health, cleaning and beauty products! Our products came from necessity more than a desire to just sell to customers. With our main company roots being in hospitality, we always thrived to exceed our guests expectations during their stay. While in the past we partnered with companies that met our standards, we realized that it was about time to take matters into our own hands to delivery best in the market products for our guests.
